You can reset your T855iSH network by doing the following:

1. Press MENU
2. Next press Wi-Fi
3. Press “Next” until “DELETE NETWORK” is shown
4. Hold “YES” for 3 seconds. Now you have reset your Wi-Fi network

You can reset your Legacy T855i (Identified by only 5 buttons under the bottom door) network by doing the following

1. Press MENU
2. Next press Wi-Fi
3. Now hold down TECH for three seconds
4. Press YES. Now you have reset your Wi-Fi network

You can reset your T701i network by doing the following:

1. Hold the + and - 
2. Press Wi-Fi
3. Hold down "TECH" for 5 seconds
4. Press Yes to reset the network information

Some wireless routers have advanced features like guest networks. It is recommended that you connect your thermostat to your home network. If you must connect to your guest network, then you will need to contact the router manufacturer to assist in unblocking port 443 in the guest network firewall.

Email login, Gmail login, and Facebook login are each unique login methods - much like creating different accounts with different emails. Please choose a single signing method for your account and always use that same method as long as you keep the account.

Please make sure the thermostat is installed in a location with strong wifi signal strength and your wifi router has a good connection to the internet. If your thermostat shows a strong wifi signal strength icon, and a connected “link” icon, and your app reports the thermostat has connected within the past few minutes, you may be experiencing a known issue on our system. We are working on a fix to reduce these false offline messages.

Our server communicates on ports 1883, 8883, and 443. Please make sure your router or firewall is not blocking traffic to those ports.

If you are connecting a thermostat that is over a year old for the first time, it may update before you see it in the app. Our older thermostats previously communicated to a different app. This update allows it to talk to the new app.

Navigate to the main menu and select reports. Toggle off 'Recieve reports'.

We send out a report for each thermostat installed on the account associated with the email. If there are multiple thermostats installed at a single address or multiple addresses they will be displayed.

The Energy Report emails can be disabled by turning thermostat alerts off in the thermostat settings inside the Pro1 Connect App.  

In non-programmable mode, the Globe Icon will be illuminated when the Set At temperature is below 62 in cooling and above 78 in heating. In programmable mode the icon will illuminate at the following Set At temperatures:

Yes. PRO1-connected products are compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

Yes. You can connect your devices to the Alexa app by selecting “Smart Home” in the main menu inside the PRO1 Connect app.

You should now be able to control your thermostat(s) through the Alexa app. Search for “Thermostats” under the “Devices” tab.

Alexa will copy the thermostat names that you created in the PRO1 Connect app. If nothing was created it will say “My Thermostat”. Once you have linked your PRO1 Connect to Alexa, you must update the thermostat name in your Alexa app.

After you download, install, and log in to the Amazon app your thermostats should be there under the devices tab. If they are not please go back to the PRO1 Connect app and “Revoke Access” to Amazon Alexa and start the process over.
